The Camden Watch Company, an independent British brand based in the heart of Camden founded by wife and husband team Anneke Short and Jerome Robert, has added two new timepieces to their Five Year Edition collection:  No. 29 (limited to 100 pieces) and Type II No. 27 (limited to 50 pieces).

No. 29 5 Year Edition

Price:  £150

Based on the company’s No. 29 watches, this 5 Year Edition celebrates five years of The Camden Watch Company not only in name but the dial. Limited to 100 pieces it features a black stainless steel case surrounding a black dial with silver Roman numeral hour markers and the signature ‘Camden Lock’ turquoise-blue accents.  It has a black leather strap.

Imprinted on the six o’clock mark the words “Five Year Edition” appear and just below appears “MMXIV – MMXIX”.

The No.29 is inspired by Victorian pocket watches, such as those worn by Camden train workers in the 1900s. The coloured details and clean sub-dial numbers modernise the design.
