Navigating challenging market conditions at the end of 2022 and across 2023, LH1 Globalsustained strong results by de-risking developments. This was achieved by offering exchange of contracts pre-build, which eliminated the developer’s exposure to market fluctuations throughout the build cycle and provided a much-needed first-rate exit strategy with multiple projects in the pipeline.

A landmark development for the city, The Printworks is the former home of the renowned Hallmark Cards and consists of a stunning Grade II-listed conversion, with two ground-up new build blocks, adjacent to parkland, a golf course, and a school.

Supporting their developer partner, Pascoe Homes, LH1 Global led the sales and marketing of the development, with the campaign focusing on the impressive design, eco-friendly features and low carbon footprint, as well as excellent location across from Ashford International station.
