VM Finance outgrows historic Brixton base

VM Finance Limited, the UK-based lending arm of the VM Group, has established new office operations in London’s financial district, having outgrown the firm’s Brixton headquarters.

Established in 1989, VM Finance commenced its specialised property finance business line in June 2018. Approaching its sixth anniversary in the property finance space, the business has grown from strength to strength and has marked the beginning of the next phase of its strategic growth plans with a move to the City. The new office is located at Unit 242, 70 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0XL.

VM Finance’s relocation will provide a platform for further growth and expansion.

Speaking about the move, Andrew Evans, deputy CEO of VM Finance, said: “We’ve grown substantially and steadily over the past five-plus years, and we felt that the time had come to build on the strong foundations we’ve cultivated since 2018.

“We’re proud of our solid, loyal and growing customer base and our new location in the midst of the financial district will increase our visibility and positioning in the property lending space. In addition to being more accessible, we believe our new operating base will enable us to continue to focus on building meaningful, deep-rooted partnerships.”

Alongside the move, VM Finance will benefit from centralised back-office functions situated at the Brixton headquarters.
