To mark National Olive Day (June 1st), Dalston pizza institution Voodoo Ray’s has partnered with snack disruptor OLLY’S to launch a limited-edition, olive-led menu designed for the city’s most fanatic olive fans from June 1st – June 15th.
Available for one day only, the collaboration introduces Big Olive Energy – a 22-inch pizza topped with over 50 olives, placing the ingredient firmly at the centre of the plate.
The pizza features OLLY’S Smoky Red Pepper Olives layered over a harissa Napoli base, finished with sumac, preserved lemon and whipped feta, pulled lamb, fresh mint and pomegranate. A vegetarian version will also be available, offering the same flavour profile without the pulled lamb.
Alongside the special, Voodoo Ray’s will also be serving its popular Queen Vegan slice, topped with OLLY’S Garlic & Basil olives, bringing a fresh, herbaceous twist to the plant-based favourite.
To complement the pizzas, three olive-inspired dipping sauces will also be available – each made with blended olives at their core. Piri Energy brings the heat with a piri piri olive mayo, balancing chilli warmth with a citrus kick. Zest Energy pairs lemon and garlic in a bright, sharp olive mayo designed to cut through richness. Green Energy offers a fresher finish with a vibrant chimichurri olive oil, packed with herbs and garlic.
The collaboration coincides with OLLY’S latest product launch, as the brand expands its portfolio with a new range of Chilled Olive Pots, arriving in Tesco & Sainsbury’s.
Founded in 2017 by Olly Hiscocks, OLLY’S has built a strong following by reimagining olives as a bold, flavour-led snack. The new chilled range continues this approach, offering plump Greek olives marinated in vibrant flavours including Garlic & Basil, Chimichurri, Smoky Red Pepper and Piri Piri. Designed for convenience and versatility, the olives are vegan, low in calories and a source of fibre, with fully recyclable packaging.
The World Olive Day collaboration brings OLLY’S flavour-first approach into a foodservice setting, translating its distinctive marinades into a limited-edition menu designed to drive trial and celebrate olives in a new format.
The OLLY’S x Voodoo Ray’s National Olive Day Pizza Menu will be available exclusively at Voodoo Ray’s Dalston for National Olive Day from 1st-15th June.
