Xeinadin expands North London presence with three acquisitions

Xeinadin, a leading provider of accountancy services and business advice for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals across the UK and Ireland, has strengthened its presence in the capital through the acquisition of three established practices: Evans Mockler in Barnet, Aequitas in Pinner and AGK Partners in Enfield.
Together, the acquisitions bring more than 80 professionals into Xeinadin’s London team, deepening its sector expertise across construction, pharmacies, and property. The move reflects a focused expansion strategy in the capital as the business continues to solidify its position as a leading consolidator in accountancy services. Each practice will continue to operate from its existing office, with leadership teams remaining in place and further supported by Xeinadin’s centralised national infrastructure and specialist resources.
Derry Crowley, CEO of Xeinadin, said: “Bringing Evans Mockler, Aequitas, and AGK into Xeinadin strengthens how we support SMEs across North London. Each practice brings established sector expertise and long-standing client relationships, and together they increase the depth of experience available to business owners both locally and nationally. Just as importantly, we are investing in talented teams and creating an environment where they can continue to develop with the weight and opportunities of a national practice behind them.”
The integration will see the practices aligned with Xeinadin’s central technology platforms and operational framework, providing consistency in service delivery and access to broader technical expertise, while preserving the local leadership and client relationships each practice has built.
Evans Mockler’s team will continue to support construction, property development, and property investment clients, while gaining access to Xeinadin’s wider specialist resources.
Martin Mockler, Partner at Evans Mockler, said: “We have grown significantly over the last decade and we are proud of the reputation Evans Mockler has built, being accessible, trusted, and consistent in the advice we give. That is something our clients value and something we are committed to maintaining. Being part of Xeinadin allows us to offer even more services, while continuing to operate in the way that has always worked for our clients in the UK and beyond.”
Aequitas brings more than three decades of experience and nationally recognised expertise in advising community pharmacies on funding, automation, procurement, and long-term succession planning.
Pankaj Patel, Managing Director of Aequitas, said: “For us, the decision centered on long-term succession and opportunity for our people. Becoming part of Xeinadin provides our team with clearer career progression and access to a wider advisory network, while allowing us to continue delivering the specialist, hands-on support that our pharmacy and cross-industry clients value. The backing of a larger organisation gives us confidence to continue growing nationally.”
AGK Partners, based in Enfield, has operated for more than 20 years and supports entrepreneurial, fast-growing businesses, alongside international tax and audit work.
Alex Christofi, Partner at AGK Partners, said: “We have always invested heavily in our people and in developing expertise that matches the ambition of our clients. Joining Xeinadin strengthens that commitment. Our team will benefit from broader technical collaboration and structured development opportunities, while we continue serving London’s entrepreneurial businesses with the same attention to detail and personal service.”
Across its London offices, employees will benefit from structured development pathways, access to specialist sector communities, and opportunities to collaborate across audit, tax, and advisory disciplines, strengthening both client service and long-term career development in the capital.
