The site has been completely revamped and features a streamlined design, improved navigation and new functionality, including search options and detailed, searchable FAQs. Enriched content has also been added, offering visitors an in-depth look at the recycling journey and end-solution for various materials, while allowing customers to explore the full portfolio of over twenty recycling services that First Mile provides to businesses within London and Birmingham.

For the first time, details of First Mile’s dedicated sorting facility – the “sacktory” – are also featured, giving a deeper insight into the full scope of First Mile’s recycling operations.

Also new to the site is detail about First Mile’s customer app, which any customer can use to place orders, track their recycling rates, report missed collections and make payments.
