Prime boutique developer Amara Property has bolstered its inhouse team with the appointment of the highly experienced Warren Leader as Sales & Acquisitions Director. Warren joins the award-winning London and Home Counties development firm following a distinguished career spanning over 30 years.

Warren brings a wealth of experience and industry acumen to Amara Property, led by female entrepreneur Rutu Buddhdev, through past senior positions at organisations such as Colliers, Stone Real Estate, London & Regional and JLL.

Heading up Amara Property’s Sales division, Warren will lead on the residential sales programme across the firm’s burgeoning pipeline, which comprises three active developments across the capital and Home Counties, with a series of new projects on the horizon. Warren has also been tasked with sourcing and acquiring new development opportunities to further enhance the company’s current output.
