Experience a rotating selection of game specials, alternating to showcase the very best of what’s in season. This includes clove-smoked grouse breast, served with chickpea bread and Rajasthani tarka dal, before moving through dishes such as mallard with tawa mince and mango; teal breast with sesame tamarind chutney and pickled vegetables; and venison with pickling spices.

With The Cinnamon Club celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, long-time champion of British game Chef Vivek Singh has spent more than two decades marrying Britain’s seasonal bounty with the spices, techniques and traditions of Indian cuisine.
