London’s boutique bakery Donutelier is marking National Ice Cream Day with the launch of an all-new soft serve range. Landing at its Oxford Street boutique from 19th July, the collection reimagines the brand’s signature craftsmanship, creativity and indulgence – the qualities that have turned its donuts and pastries into a viral sensation – into a cooling, summer-ready format inspired by the nostalgic charm of classic sundaes. It’s Donutelier’s answer to the sweltering summer months, and it’s not holding back.
The range launches with three showstopping flavours. The Dulcey Ice Cream Donut stacks a honey butter donut with rich caramel ice cream, silky toffee sauce, caramelised pecans and a crunchy scattering of sable chunks. The Vanilla-Berry Ice Cream Donut piles vanilla ice cream, tangy berry coulis, and fresh strawberries onto a honey butter donut base. And the Vanilla-Chocolate Ice Cream Cookie lets customers pick their favourite cookie (double chocolate or chocolate chip) as the foundation, loaded with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate flakes for pure nostalgic indulgence.
The new soft serves join Donutelier’s summer favourites, headlined by the Berry Macaron donut – a showstopper layered with rose, raspberry and lychee ganache, crispy raspberries, chantilly cream and fresh berries, finished with a delicate macaron ring for a playful crunch. The Lemon Meringue donut returns bigger and better, bursting with lemon curd and raspberry jam beneath a toasted cloud of soft meringue. And making its debut is the Strawberry Matcha donut, filled with sweet strawberry jam and silky matcha chantilly cream, topped with freshly sliced strawberries and a delicate dusting of matcha sugar.
To complement the new soft serves and donuts, Donutelier has also unveiled a line-up of seasonal beverages inspired by its most beloved donuts, transforming their signature flavours into refreshing summer sips crafted with the same attention to detail. Cool off with the Blueberry Matcha Cloud, Strawberry Matcha Cloud, Iced Chocolate Pretzel Mocha, Iced Rochers Gianduja, Iced Vanilla Pecan, or Berry Pink Lemonade.
