Galvin Restaurants Welcomes the New Season with The Autumn Table

Galvin Restaurants is ushering in the new season with The Autumn Table, a trio of seasonal menus launching across its Essex and London sites from 19th September 2026. From a relaxed countryside lunch to a Michelin-starred evening out, each restaurant has built seasonal and crafted menus that showcase comforting, produce-led cooking designed to be shared, lingered over and enjoyed as the nights draw in. The team have also collaborated with Sipsmith to create a signature negroni pour – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic or a delicious Aperitif Maison.

Galvin La Chapelle, City of London – £49.00 per person

At the Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle, Chef Director Arturo Granato and his team have created an exclusive menu: Autumn Table, running from 19 September, priced at £49.00 per person. The menu weaves Mediterranean influences – spice, smoke and citrus – through seasonal British produce, game and root vegetables, and is paired with a welcome cocktail.

Guests can begin with a pre-dinner cocktail – either a classic Negroni, Aperitif Maison or low-alcohol NoGroni – alongside kitchen snacks of duck liver parfait with Moroccan spice and muscat grapes, and Comté gougères with mushroom ketchup. To start, there’s charred Cornish mackerel with kimchi water and whipped feta, or a Dorset crab raviolo with beurre blanc (£15.00 supplement). Mains include slow-cooked venison with juniper berries and bagna cauda, or Dedham Vale aged beef with fried oyster and miso aubergine (£20.00 supplement), while dessert brings a caramelised Delica pumpkin and clementine tart, or a baba au tiramisu to share (£14.00 supplement). A selection of farmhouse cheese is also available. Classic and Sommelier wine pairings can be added for £41.00 and £66.00 respectively.

Galvin Bistrot & Bar, Spitalfields – Epic Feasting Menu for £29.00 per person

In the heart of Spital Square, Galvin Bistrot & Bar’s Autumn Table brings a Mediterranean-inspired feasting menu to the table for £29.00 per person, including a welcome cocktail – built for long lunches, relaxed dinners and catching up over the table.

The menu opens with some optional extra bites such as house-marinated gordal olives and padron peppers, followed by starters including jambon de Bayonne and a burrata, fig and hazelnut pizzetta. The centrepiece main is a 40-day-aged Dingley Dell pork T-bone with nduja and pumpkin, served with French fries and truffle aioli, alongside mussels saganaki with aged barrel feta and chorizo. Desserts run to a classic tiramisu and a Basque cheesecake with chocolate sauce. Generous portions and seasonal ingredients make this menu a can’t miss.

Galvin Green Man, Essex – Two courses from £19.50

Surrounded by the Essex countryside, the timber-beamed Galvin Green Man in Chelmsford is an inviting place to slow down and make a day of it. Settle in beside the fire for a leisurely lunch, then head outside for a walk through the surrounding lanes and open countryside as the autumn light begins to fade. Alternatively, work up an appetite on a morning ramble before returning to the warmth of the pub for a cosy dinner.

The Autumn Table celebrates the season with dishes including Blackwell Farmers Moccus salami, smoked haddock rillette and pickled kohlrabi to start, followed by Suffolk chicken breast with borlotti beans, cavolo nero and salsa verde. Finish with white chocolate panna cotta, nutty granola and blackberry.

Available at £19.50 for two courses or £23.50 for three, it’s a lovely excuse to escape the everyday and spend a relaxed afternoon in the country.
