Giant ‘speakHER’ Lands In The Capital To Turn Up The Volume On Women’s Health

A giant ‘speakHER’ installation is taking over London to make some serious noise, giving women an unmissable stage to speak up, be heard, and reshape the narrative around their health.

Appearing at Seven Dials (Neal Street) on Wednesday 30th September, the interactive sculpture invites members of the public to listen to raw, real-life accounts of women navigating healthcare issues, or step up to the mic to voice their own stories and shine a light on the everyday experiences that are too often overlooked or unheard. Plus, Holland & Barrett’s trained Women’s Health Coaches will be on hand throughout the day, offering free advice to help women navigate their own health journeys.

The wake-up call comes at a crucial moment with data from Holland & Barrett’s State of the Nation’s Health 2026 report showing that 37% of people struggle to understand what their body actually needs. Launching right on the eve of Menopause Awareness Month (October), the activation is designed to shatter the silence around dismissed symptoms and kickstart unfiltered, honest conversations.

Whether you want to lend an ear, share your story, or simply witness a bold moment for women’s health in the capital, head down this Wednesday.

speakHER is free to visit and will be open from 8am to 5pm on Seven Dials, Neal Street.
