Harmony (£6) – This signature non-alcoholic serves Everleaf Forest with basil honey and fresh lemon juice, lifted by smoky Dandy notes and topped with cloudy apple soda. Crowned with apple juice caviar and a dry basil leaf, it offers a modern, refreshing twist with a whisper of smoke.
