Set besides St Paul’s Cathedral, One New Change brings together shopping, dining and services in a landmark City destination. The store will feature ProCook’s latest contemporary store design, creating a bright, welcoming shopping environment where customers can explore the brand’s extensive range alongside helpful, knowledgeable staff who are on hand to offer expert advice and guidance.
A key feature of its new store will be its convenient home delivery service, meaning Londoners can shop for everything, from individual kitchen essentials to complete cookware sets, without having to carry heavy purchases home.

The ProCook store officially opens at 4:30pm on Thursday 22 October 2026. Opening hours will be 10am – 7pm, Monday to Saturday, and 12pm – 6pm on Sundays. It can be found at the One New Change ground floor West entrance, adjacent to St Paul’s Cathedral.
