London tech startup Transformify wins two major awards after 90% profit surge

Transformify [TFY], the contractor management platform that helps businesses hire, manage and pay global teams, contingent workforce and independent contractors has won two leading industry awards programmes.

CEO and Angel Investor, Lilia Stoyanov, has been named AI Entrepreneur of the Year at the Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards – considered the Grammys of entrepreneurship – and the business has also won Technology Partner of the Year at the British Recruitment Awards after scaling profit by an impressive 90 per cent.

Established in 2015, TFY is underpinned by advanced AI which supports SMEs in scaling global growth by automating talent acquisition, workforce onboarding, compliance, billing and contractor payments.

This includes an advanced contractor management platform, which offers the perfect solution for mid-sized businesses with a headcount of 250 to 5000 people and integrates via an OpenAPI with all other systems. 100% bootstrapped and with an unusual team structure, advanced technology and proven referral programme, TFY has seen huge success in its first 10 years in business.

The Great British Entrepreneur Awards celebrate the most exceptional and inspiring business stories across the UK, and this year’s shortlist included more than 800 entrepreneurs, all recognised for their innovation, impact and resilience. Past winners include the founders of BrewDog, Grenade, ClearScore, Zilch, and Unbiased, many of whom were recognised early in their entrepreneurial journey by the awards.

Meanwhile, the British Recruitment Awards honour innovators, public sector heroes, tech superstars and global titans making a difference in the industry. Noting that hiring the right people is key to building a thriving organisation, the British Recruitment Awards spotlights the individuals, teams and agencies that make it happen.

Lilia Stoyanov, Founder and CEO of TFY, said: “This is a real milestone moment for TFY. To win not just one, but two leading industry awards, is a huge achievement and proves the dedication and hard work of the whole team over the last 10 years.

“Helping organisations to successfully scale and manage human resources on both a national and international scale is what we’re passionate about, and we’re delighted to be recognised. These award wins are a huge vote of confidence for the business, and we’re excited to continue to grow and develop. Watch this space.”
