MIDDLE EASTERN STEAKS & BOLD FLAVOURS LAND IN SHOREDITCH – THE BLACK COW AT THE STAGE OPENS 2ND AUGUST

This August, Shoreditch welcomes a new culinary standout. The Black Cow at The Stage opens on Saturday 2nd August, bringing its signature blend of dry-aged steaks and American-style plates with a bold Middle Eastern twist to East London.

From Shiri Kraus and Amir Batito, the duo behind Camden’s The Black Cow, comes a bold new opening in Shoreditch. The Black Cow at The Stage brings together dry-aged steaks, Middle Eastern-inspired small plates, and a love of open-fire cooking.

Start with sharing dishes like cornbread with lamb butter and lamb merguez corn dog, then move onto steaks like picanha, T-bone, or onglet, all cooked over fire and served with flaming herbs.

Desserts include spiced quince with orange blossom ice cream and a standout Gorgonzola cheesecake. At the bar, find cocktails like the Ottoman Martini with Turkish coffee, plus wines from independent Old World producers.

Opening Saturday 2nd August at The Stage, Shoreditch’s new landmark mixed-used development built around the historic Curtain Playhouse.
