Transforming Autism has received a generous grant from The St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation, securing vital support for its work with autistic children and their families throughout the UK.
Tracy Pepper, CEO of Transforming Autism, said:
“We are delighted to be funded by St James’s Place. They have taken their time to get to know us and our work, and we feel genuinely privileged to have their support. This grant enables us to fund our Practice Manager role, which underpins the quality and safety of every service we deliver.”
A spokesperson from the Foundation added:
“The St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation is delighted to support the work of Transforming Autism. The funding was awarded because their early intervention programmes demonstrated significant improvements in communication, behavioural and life skills for young autistic children. These programmes also equip parents with the tools and confidence to better support and connect with their children.”
Transforming Autism’s work centres on building trust-based relationships at a crucial stage of a child’s development, offering parents the understanding and practical support they need to help their children flourish. Founded in 2017, the charity has become a trusted source of early intervention and empowerment for families navigating both the challenges and the joys of autism.
With this grant, Transforming Autism will continue progressing its mission to ensure every autistic child has the opportunity to thrive in an environment rooted in connection, understanding and acceptance.
