This September, Hilton London Bankside is introducing an all-new, exclusive Indian dining experience to its on-site restaurant, OXBO Bankside. Held every Wednesday and Thursday between 23rd September and 22nd October inclusive, the new menu will combine traditional Indian influences with OXBO’s modern cooking approach. Featuring aromatic spices, rich sauces and quality seasonal ingredients, guests can expect a selection of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, ensuring every taste is catered to.

Starters such as Tomatar Shorba (£10.00), Murgh Tikka (£12.00) and Carrot and Onion Pakora (£10.00).
Main courses such as Butter Chicken (£22.00), Pan Fried Sea Bass (£24.00) and Paneer Pasanda (£20.00)
Desserts such as Gajar Halwa (£12.00), Shahi Tukda (£10.00) and Vermicelli Kheer £10.00)
Side dishes such as Naan Bread, Poppadums, Jeera Pulao and Basmati Rice, all £6.00
The Taste of Indian Fusion menu also features a selection of refreshing drinks including cocktails, mocktails, beer, gin and tonic and hot beverages.
As well as the food and drink offering, the experience will be complete with live music from the Baluji Music Foundation (select dates only).
Founded by blind Indian multi-instrumentalist and composer Baluji Shrivastav OBE and Linda Shanson, the Baluji Music Foundation is an inclusive arts organisation. Its mission is to create employment and professional performance opportunities for disabled artists, educate the public in traditional and contemporary Indian music, and encourage racial harmony and diversity.
The current music schedule includes:
23rd September and 21st October: Indian vocal and percussion, featuring North Indian classical music, folk music and Bollywood songs
30th September and 14th October: Indian classical sitar and tabla
7th October: Indo-jazz featuring vocals, keyboards and table
