On Sunday 26th April, the Premier Protein Fuelling Friendships sauna experience opens its doors to the public, offering an antidote to online swiping, as new research reveals Brits are swapping nights out for wellness hangouts to form new connections.

Repainting the picture of wellness, this pop-up experience is offering free one-hour sauna sessions, which include the exclusive use of Hot & Cold Therapy facilities. In the traditional Finnish “Fire & Ice” method, attendees can hop between the stunning Himalayan salt sauna, cold plunge pods, jacuzzi and infra-red room – designed to improve circulation, reduce stress and enhance skin health.
