Following the appointment of CEO, Chris Smith, Nurture Housing Association’s managed portfolio has grown to over 2,000 units, whilst their dedicated team of industry experts has increased from 9 to 39 in a 12-month period.

The group’s portfolio of specialist housing includes shared accommodations and individual flats, all designed to be safe, accessible, and conducive to independent living. Each property is maintained to the highest standards to provide comfort and security and to ensure the individual needs of every tenant are met.
Spearheaded by Chris Smith, whose background as a former firefighter and experienced property professional puts him at the forefront of the industry, Nurture Housing Association’s objectives for the 12 months ahead is to grow its current portfolio and make further additions to its team to raise standards across the sector and deliver sustainable, high-quality homes for those who need them most.
Chris has played an integral role in enhancing the company’s team and ensuring a quality service is delivered by the association since he came on board. This has led to an unrivalled set of results over the last 12 months with the establishment of a new HR, Finance and Maintenance Department, which in turn has positioned Nurture Housing Association at the very forefront of this specialist sector.
Also playing a key role in Nurture Housing Association’s recent growth, Chief Operating Officer, Bobbie Harvey, has made vast contributions and fundamental changes to the business. Bobbie has led the adoption of sophisticated accounting and rent collecting systems, thanks to her experienced background in the financial sector. The improved internal structure has propelled Nurture Housing Association to the very forefront of the social housing field.
