Ireland’s Bar of the Year, Paladar, is heading to East London. For one night only, the award-winning Cork-based bar will take over Boundary Shoreditch, bringing a short, sharp cocktail menu built around Two Shores Rum.

Led by Head Bartender Akram Bendjeddou, the Paladar team will be serving a one-off list of cocktails using Two Shores—a rum distilled in Panama and finished in Irish whiskey casks. A limited pour of the brand’s upcoming release will also be available, exclusively on the night.

Boundary Bar & Brasserie, set within the iconic Boundary building on Redchurch Street, is known for its clean design and serious approach to cocktails—making it a natural home for the takeover.

This is the first time Paladar has brought its bar program to London. Expect tight service, well-built drinks, and a strong showing from one of Ireland’s most exciting bar teams.
