TechWorks has unveiled the Semiconductor to Systems Summit (S2S26), a new executive industry event bringing together the UK’s deep-tech value chain under one roof.
Taking place at Novotel London West on 26 August 2026, as part of TechWorks’ 30th anniversary celebrations, the summit will convene more than 500 industry leaders to explore the technologies, partnerships and opportunities shaping the future of UK innovation.
For the first time, the communities behind NMI, DESN, AESIN and IoTSF will come together under one roof, connecting the full semiconductor-to-systems value chain — from materials, design, manufacturing and advanced packaging through to systems integration, cyber resilience, commercialisation and international growth.
Delivered in partnership with the UK Semiconductor Centre, S2S26 will explore the critical technologies, capabilities and partnerships shaping the future of the industry, including advanced materials, manufacturing, devices, systems design, verification, cyber resilience, quantum safety, investment, innovation and global trade.
The summit will bring together technology leaders, engineers, researchers, investors, policymakers and end users from across the UK and key international markets, including Japan, Canada and the Netherlands. Delegates will represent sectors including automotive, aerospace, defence, energy, industrial automation, AI and healthcare.
The event will feature four executive conference streams:
Build — materials, manufacturing, devices and advanced packaging
Create — systems, integration, verification and intelligent edge
Secure — cyber resilience, trust, AI threats and quantum safety
Scale — investment, commercialisation and global partnerships
The exhibition space will feature a cross-sector range of companies and RTOs, international pavilions and a startup zone hosted by Silicon Catalyst UK.
As the UK seeks to strengthen its position as a global technology leader, the summit provides a timely opportunity to connect organisations across the value chain, explore emerging technologies and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Charles Sturman, CEO of TechWorks, commented, “Over the past 30 years, the semiconductor and electronics industries have evolved beyond recognition. Today, innovation does not happen in isolation; it happens through collaboration across the value chain. That is why we have created the Semiconductor to Systems Summit.
By bringing together our semiconductor, electronic systems, automotive, cyber security and emerging technology communities, we are creating a unique forum where industry leaders can share ideas, build partnerships and address the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of UK technology.”
